A course-style home for a 200,000-subscriber science YouTube channel: 180 videos filed by subject and unit, lab sheets for every age behind a membership, and an owner who edits from the page itself.
FlemDog Science is a YouTube channel of kitchen-science experiments with over 200,000 subscribers. The channel is a feed; families wanted a course. We imported all 180 public videos with his own descriptions, filed them into subjects and units from his playlists, and gave every lesson a printable lab sheet written for three age bands.
The videos stay free. A membership opens the lab sheets, and a family adds its kids once so each lesson points at the right sheet for each of them. He runs the whole thing from the site: sign in, and every page grows its own controls, from pasting a YouTube link to dropping a PDF onto an age band.
