Do I have to use a care plan?
No. You own the site and can host it anywhere. The care plan is for owners who would rather not manage hosting, updates, and backups themselves, which is most of them.
What does a care plan cost?
It is a flat monthly fee quoted with your project, with no contract. Cancel any time and we hand you everything needed to host it elsewhere.
Can you take over a site you did not build?
Often, yes. We will look at how it is built and tell you honestly whether it is worth maintaining or whether a rebuild would cost about the same and serve you better.
What counts as a small edit?
Anything that takes under an hour: text, photos, prices, hours, a new team member, a seasonal notice. New pages and features are quoted separately, fixed-price.
