A website that loads instantly, ranks for your towns, and belongs to you
Most small-business websites are a template with your logo dropped in. They load slowly, look like the competitor down the street, and charge rent every month. Rune builds the other kind: a site written by hand for your business, with pages for each thing you do and each town you work in.
It runs on Skal, our own editor, so you change photos, hours, and prices yourself. And the finished site, code and all, is yours.
- Marketing & landing pages
- CMS you can edit
- SEO and analytics built in
Websites
Quoted fixed-price before any work starts, and yours to keep when it is done.
Built for speed
Our builds score in the high 90s on Google's mobile speed test. A fast site keeps the visitor who is standing in the yard with a problem, and speed is one of the things Google ranks on.
A page for every search
Service pages, town pages, and guides, each written for the search it should win. Structured data on every page tells Google exactly what you do and where.
Edit it yourself
Skal puts a visual editor on top of the real site. Change a phone number, swap a photo, add a page, and publish, without emailing a developer.
Leads that arrive
Quote and contact forms are stored on your site and emailed the moment they come in, with click-to-call on every page for people on a phone.
Real content, not placeholders
We write the pages with you, from the services you actually sell to the questions customers ask before they call. No lorem ipsum, no stock-photo filler.
Yours to keep
No page-builder subscription, no lock-in. The site and its code are yours, and if you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can.
Projects where we did this
Live builds, with the story of how each one was made.

Willard Fence Co.
A licensed Chico fence contractor with its own metal shop, from backyard fences to twelve-foot court enclosures. Drawn fence elevations instead of stock photos, and 29 pages built to win local search. Runs on Skal.

NorCal Surfaces
Pickleball courts, Rubber Stone pool decks, and epoxy garage floors across Northern California, with an interactive court planner and 29 pages built to win local search. Runs on Skal.

Streamline Fencing
A warm, photo-led site for a Chico fence and gate contractor - now running on Skal, so the owner edits his own pages on a visual canvas.
Questions we get about this
How much does a custom website cost?
Every site is fixed-price and quoted for free before any work starts. A simple marketing site, a larger multi-town site, and a store each sit at different tiers. Tell us what you need and you will get a firm number, not an estimate that grows.
How long does a website take?
Most small-business sites go live within a few weeks of our first conversation. We ship in visible steps, so you see the site taking shape rather than waiting for a reveal.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Sites run on Skal, our visual editor. You sign in, click into the page, change text or photos, and publish. If you would rather we handle changes, a care plan covers that too.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. If you have a slow template site or one you cannot edit, we rebuild it around your real brand and work, keep the addresses that already rank, and redirect the old pages so you lose nothing.
What about hosting?
We can host it for you on a monthly care plan, with updates, backups, and monitoring, or hand you the keys to host anywhere. Either way, there is no platform fee just to keep your own site online.
